Gentle Yoga

Join us for a calming, beginner-friendly gentle yoga session held outdoors in the BKYD (Backyard). This relaxing 30-minute class is designed to help you stretch, breathe, and reset in a peaceful riverside setting. All experience levels are welcome — whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned participant.

Location: Backyard (BKYD) The Confluence Hotel

Weather Dependent: This is an outdoor event. In the case of rain or poor weather, updates will be shared ahead of time.
